Summertime

We have had a lot of fun this summer celebrating Scott's and Michele's birthdays and our wonderful, hot, and muggy Rochester weather. We are looking forward to our upcoming trip to North Carolina's Outer Banks, near Kittyhawk. It will be the kids' first flight - let's hope it's smoother than Orville and Wilbur's.

Carter is 2 1/2, he loves music, painting, and playing outside. Carter loves Elle a lot but is sometimes intimidated by his little (BIG) sister. Elle is 11 months old and we've started planning for her first birthday party. She is a very happy, cuddly, and aggressive girl. Elle has been achieving some very big accomplishments. She climbs up Carter's slide and the stairs, pulls herself up to a standing position on all furniture, and took one unassisted step.
